I have participated in  a special training programme organized by the European Patent Office within the framework of the Project called ‘Effective Enforcement of Intellectual and Industrial Property Rights in Turkey’,  financed by the EU between September 2002 and June 2003. The training programme was one year training programme in London (Queen Marry- IPR Institution), Alicante/Spain, Zurich/Switzerland , Milan/Italy, Munich/Germany.
