GUIDELINES FOR ABSTRACTS
- Abstracts should only be submitted via this website.
- Abstracts sent by fax, e-mail or air-mail will not be accepted.
- Please follow the instructions listed on the website step-by-step.
- All abstracts must be submitted in English.
- The presenting author must register to the congress.
- Only the abstracts of registered presenting authors will be included in the program and book of abstracts.
- Abstracts submission deadline is August 8th, 2008. No abstract will be accepted after this date.
- Allowed number of figures (tables and pictures) is limited to a total of 8
- Tables and Pictures must be in jpg format
- Online system is limited to 7500 characters. Authors will not allowed to use more than 7500 characters.
- Please note that figures may be resized to fit in the final printed material.
- Headlines of the Abstracts should be written with capital letters except special contractions.
- Please check your abstract’s preview at the last step of submission.
- Results will be announced on official website. The authors may obtain the results via the online submission system through their passwords and will be able to print the acceptance papers.
- Authors will be notified by August 22th, 2008 as to whether their abstract has been accepted.
- Abstracts will be accepted either as oral or poster communications.
- Poster presentations must be prepared as 90 cm x 100 cm (widthxheight)
- Instructions for preparation of oral presentations will be announced together with results.
