He was born in Ankara on 22.07.1975. After he has graduated from Hacettepe University, Department of Chemical Engineering Department, he got his masters degree on International Law (MIL) from Yeditepe University. Later then, he has started to his PhD degree on “European Union Law” from Marmara University, Institute of European Union.
Just after receiving his undergraduate degree, he started his professional life in Sanovel Pharmaceuticals and  since then he has been working for Sanovel Pharmaceuticals for about eight years.  He worked as an “Assistant Examiner” at Pharmaceutical patent examination base which is located in Den Haag, Holland upon the invitation from European Patent Office.
He has been also serving as a patent and trademark attorney for  Turkish Patent Institute as well as for European Patent Office as a European Patent Attorney.
He is a member of European Patent Institute (EPI) Biotechnology Committee. He has also been a member of Turkish Industrialists’ and Businessmen’s Association (TUSIAD), Intellectual Property Committee and at the same time a founder member of the Turkey branch of International Association for the Protection of Intellectual Property (AIPPI).
He has been the manager of the Intellectual Property and Law Department which is responsible for performing all legal proceedings of Sanovel Pharmaceuticals as well as all proceedings about Intellectual Property Law for Sanovel.
